Garlic Shrimp Ingredients 1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 lb baby potatoes, halved 3 ears corn, cut into small pieces 1 medium onion, sliced 4 tbsp butter, melted 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp olive oil 1½ tbsp Old Bay seasoning 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Lemon wedges, for serving Method 1. Boil the baby potatoes for about 10 minutes until they are slightly tender 2. In a large bowl mix shrimp, potatoes, corn, and onion with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until coated. 3. Divide the mixture between foil sheets, seal the packets tightly, and bake them at 400°F (200°C) for about 20–25 minutes until the shrimp are cooked and the vegetables are flavorful. After opening the packets, I sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and serve with plenty of lemon wedges for a bright finish.
